Yala Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Yala ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of them, you should not use the App. Yala is developed and operated by Yala ("we", "us").

2. Service Description

Yala is a personal finance application that allows you to track and organize your expenses, income, budgets, and accounts. The App works as a tracking and visualization tool, not as financial advice. Financial decisions you make based on information from Yala are your sole responsibility.

3. Account and Access

Yala does not require creating an account with email or password. Access to the App is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any access settings (such as Face ID or passcode) you configure in the App.

4. Acceptable Use

By using Yala, you agree to:

• ● Use the App exclusively for personal finance management
• ● Not attempt to access unauthorized features, data, or systems of the App
• ● Not modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App
• ● Not use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes

5. Your Data

Your financial data is stored on your device and syncs with your personal iCloud (if enabled). Pro voice and image features process data one-time through an external AI service. We do not have access to your data. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Yala, including its design, code, logos, trademarks, text, and other elements, is the property of Yala or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of any part of the App without our prior written consent is prohibited.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Yala offers a free version (2 accounts, 3 budgets) and a Pro subscription with unlimited features. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Payments, renewals, and cancellations are governed by Apple's policies. You can cancel anytime from your Apple account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Yala is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your expectations. We are not responsible for financial decisions based on information displayed in the App, nor for data loss caused by device malfunction, operating system updates, or accidental deletion.

9. Termination

You can stop using Yala at any time by deleting the App from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App (or any part of it) with reasonable prior notice. In case of discontinuation, we will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes through an App update. Continued use of Yala after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of Lima, Peru.
