Yala ("the App") is a personal finance application designed with one fundamental principle: your financial information belongs exclusively to you.

2. Data Collection and Storage

Yala operates under a "Privacy-First" and "Local Storage" model.

• ● Financial Data: All your transactions, accounts, budgets and categorizations are stored only and exclusively on your device (iPhone/iPad).
• ● No user accounts: We do not require you to create an account with email or password to use the App.
• ● No bank connection: Yala does not connect to your banks or request banking credentials.

3. iCloud Usage

If you have iCloud backup enabled on your device, Yala data will be included in that backup. This process is managed entirely by Apple.

4. Analytics and Improvements

To improve App stability and performance, we may collect anonymous technical metrics that contain no personally identifiable information.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will notify you of any significant changes through an App update.
